Lead Times

All products are produced in our USA facilities; please allow 3-4 weeks for normal lead time.

 

Samples

   All merchandise is billable upon shipping. Samples are billed at 50 piece quantity prices. They may be returned with factory authorization. Credit for product will be issued upon receipt of the sample in the factory. Freight, inbound and outbound, is the customer's responsibility.

 

Rush Services

Rush Orders

There is no charge for rush orders; however orders involving overtime will be subject to additional charges

Imprint Die Rush

Orders requiring a rush on the die to meet the delivery deadline will be charged $25

 

 

Imprinting

     Methods

     Blind debossing or foil stamping.

     Foil colors: Gold, Silver, Black

First Imprint Location

All catalog prices include one imprint location. Personalization is charged separately.

Additional Location Imprint

Run charge of $60  per imprint

Imprinting Dies

up to 3 x 2" $82 (g)

up to 4 x 3" $102 (g)

above 4 x 3" call factory for quote

Personalization

No setup charge. Font is Times Roman. Lists sent to factory via email or hard copy. Faxed lists are unacceptable. Up to 3 initials $4.00. Full Name $6.00

 

Over/Under Runs

We will make every effort to ship the exact quantities ordered. We reserve the right to ship 5% over or under and invoice accordingly.

Drop Shipments

Add $10  per shipment after first address plus freight charges.

Shipping

Unless otherwise requested we ship all orders UPS ground.

Refills

We stock all paper refills for all our products, please call for pricing.

Artwork

Acceptable Formats

We accept camera ready black and white hard copy artwork, or Vector artwork including Adobe Illustrator (AI, EPS, PDF) files version 10 or lower.

NO jpeg or bmp files

Corrected Artwork

Artwork corrected by the factory will be charged $50  per hour 1 hour minimum.

 

Cancellations

All orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled or returned except when authorized by the factory. All cancellations must be in writing and received by Henderson Leather.

Gift Boxes

All stock items are individually packed in a 2 piece white foil gift box. Custom products may ship in polybags due to no in stock boxes.

Faxed or emailed at no charge

Product Proof

Logo die charge, item price, $25 set-up fee, plus freight invoiced at time of shipment.

Returns

Non imprinted and random samples are returnable with authorization from the factory. Sample proofs and custom samples are not returnable.
