Samples
All merchandise is billable upon shipping. Samples are billed at 50 piece
quantity prices. They may be returned with factory authorization. Credit for
product will be issued upon receipt of the sample in the factory. Freight,
inbound and outbound, is the customer's responsibility.

There is no
charge for rush orders; however orders involving overtime will be subject to
additional charges

We will make
every effort to ship the exact quantities ordered. We reserve the right to
ship 5% over or under and invoice accordingly. |

Shipments
Add $10 per
shipment after first address plus freight charges. |

requested we ship all orders UPS ground. |

Cancellations
All orders are
considered firm and cannot be cancelled or returned except when authorized
by the factory. All cancellations must be in writing and received by
Henderson Leather. |

All stock items
are individually packed in a 2 piece white foil gift box. Custom products
may ship in polybags due to no in stock boxes. |
